Many restaurants now list nutrition information that can help guide you to healthful choices. One word of caution, check the fine print to determine the portion size. Many calorie counts will not include the optional toppings, salad dressings, etc. which can add calories. All it takes is 100 more calories a day to equal a ten pound weight gain in a year!
